Returns due to transit damage are not accepted, as the collection is managed directly by the trade customer. Returns are only permitted in cases of manufacturing defects.
6) Scheduling Collections
The date and time for collection must be pre-arranged and scheduled with our warehouse, available from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. All collections must be finalized within a three-working-day window.
7) Payment Conditions
We require a 50% deposit when placing your order. The remaining balance must be paid one day before the scheduled collection. Payments can be made online, via bank transfer, or over the phone.
We are open to bespoke order requests to meet specific needs.
Please note that our storage facility does not provide assistance with the loading or unloading of products. You will need to arrange for your own team to handle these tasks during collection.
